Grasselli KSL machines are professional horizontal slicing systems designed for fresh, boneless meat, delivering high productivity and exceptional slicing accuracy (filleting). They utilize Grasselli’s innovative multi-blade cutting system, ensuring smooth, parallel slices even on more delicate products.
With a cutting capacity of over 2,000 kg/hour (depending on the product), KSL machines are ideally suited for both standalone production lines and fully automated solutions, in combination with other Grasselli systems such as 2D slicers.

NSL machines have become a benchmark solution in vertical slicing, with units installed worldwide and a proven production capacity of up to 2,000 kg/hour, depending on product conditions.
